Good Friday – Duruflé’s Requiem, Op. 9, in concert

This Good Friday we invite you to reflect on the life, death and resurrection of Christ, through the power of music, performed by some of Toronto’s finest musicians.  Come listen as the Together in Worship Canada Choir, alongside conductor, Matthew Larkin and organist, Manuel Piazza, perform works by Anerio, Lappano, Stainer and more.  The evening concludes with Duruflé’s Requiem, Op. 9, a multi-layered musical score elevating hopefulness, accompanied by an undertone of clear seriousness, and enabling our mystical consideration of the eternal realities.
