Pope Francis Appoints Bishop Frank Leo as Archbishop of Toronto

The installation of Bishop Frank Leo as the next Archbishop of Toronto will take place on the Solemnity of the Annunciation, Saturday, March 25, 2023 at St. Michael’s Cathedral Basilica at 10:00 a.m.  Due to space restrictions, it is anticipated to be an invitation-only event.
