REFLECTION
Today we celebrate the Dedication of the Lateran Basilica, the Pope’s cathedral and the mother church of all Christian churches. This feast reminds us that every church building is a visible sign of the living Church- God’s people. In the Gospel, Jesus cleanses the temple, showing righteous anger born of love for His Father’s house. His actions remind us to keep our hearts, God’s true dwelling place, pure and dedicated to prayer. As we reflect on this feast, we are invited to renew our inner temple—to clear away whatever distracts us from God, and to let His presence fill our lives with holiness, unity, and peace.

Give Back to Those Who Gave Us So Much
There will be a second collection next weekend, November 15th & 16th, for The Shepherds’ Trust. The mission of The Shepherds’ Trust is to help ensure that elderly and disabled priests are provided with sufficient financial resources to lead a dignified life after many years of ministry. Your generous gift will help our priests to maintain a modest but active and independent lifestyle in their retirement years. For priests who are ill or otherwise infirm, the Trust ensures they have access to nursing home facilities and medical care.
Thank you for your supporting this important work.

Friends of the Grotto – Keep It Beautiful!
With the completion of the Grotto in our parish, the parish is now inviting you to consider joining “Friends of the Grotto” (parish volunteers). This means committing to help with the Grotto’s ongoing seasonal care and maintenance e.g. clearing of leaves, snow and other weather-related debris that may accumulate around the statue as well as the tidying up of flowers that have been left behind. If you are interested and would like to volunteer your time, please submit your name and contact information to the parish office.
