REFLECTION
On the First Sunday of Lent, we reflect on the story of Adam and Eve and the struggle with obedience. Though God gave them one simple command, they fell into temptation, reminding us of how difficult obedience can be in our own lives. Whether in relationships, work, or spiritual matters, obedience often challenges our pride or self will. Yet Lent is a season of growth. By looking to Christ’s perfect obedience, both as fully God and fully human, we find hope and strength to resist the temptations we face. As we journey through Lent may we grown in humility, seek renewal through reconciliation and draw closer to Christ trusting in his grace.

BEFORE YOU FIX YOUR WEDDING DATE
Thinking about doing your wedding in the Church? Great move! The way to go is to call the parish office and schedule an appointment with the priest at least 12 months before your desired wedding date. It is a requirement in the Catholic Archdiocese of Toronto.
Hoping for the best for you as you process and make this important life-long decision
